Sometimes, people can’t really sympathize with you properly when you’ve woken them up. When they are still asleep, it is hard for them to put themselves in your shoes. They may not know the kind of problems you are having at that moment. They may not know what it means to be tired and stressed out of your mind.

Because they are still asleep, it is hard for them to empathize fully with you. There will always be moments when they are not there for you. You can't blame them for that.

They are trying their best to empathize with you, but they just don't have the information.
